Sarah Biography

November 2, 2023

Sarah is originally from Brasil, she moved to the States at the age of 17. She is the mom of 4 amazing kids and the nana of 3 wonderful grand babies.

Growing up in Brasil, there was an herb or a tea for every ailment, Sarah likes to try the natural way of things first. She is certified in Reiki, chakra work, and works with people in letting go of the emotions and energy that weighs them down. Helping with different perspectives and wording of things, people are able to let go and move forward with hope and insight.

She loves to learn and share what she learns. Life has been a journey for sure. Sarah has worked with many people on their healing journey. It is amazing what can be accomplished when people are ready to do the work and be open to new ways of thinking, speaking to self and others and get out of the comfort zone.

Sarah believes in God, so, in her writings, you will see God mentioned. Whatever your belief system is, read on and see if it works for you. Whenever God is mentioned, think the power that created you and me, a Father that loves His children, the Divine in you. We all believe something. And we all can find common ground in our beliefs.

Sarah has written a book to invite people to embark on their own journey to wholeness.

Life is a journey, it is up to each of us to find joy in it and to grow from it.
